Written in a surprisingly good script, and left on the table in Tren’s home.

It has come to my attention, through others that Minuvas has been causing more problems and acting as though he were an enforcer of laws in the city.

Specifically he has attacked and killed a bear cub belonging to a druid and has been known to harm others.. While I am not suggesting you arrest him, or bring him to task immediately for this It would be advisable that you look into the matter.

The person who spoke to me about this is the Half Ork Jack, I believe you know him.
If you wish to speak to him he tends to be in the outlying lands.

* A large travelling Caravan seems to arrive at Tren's house sometime in the later after-noon when he is home. Tren and some of the Neophytes are seen talking, as the others load up what appears to be large sacks of gold into the Caravan. At the end of the Discussion, Tren is seen shaking the hands with one of the Neophytes - and the bloated Caravan makes its way on the Road to Thrall's Gate. It is heavily guarded by Neophytes on its route, and arrived shortly the next day*
