A Letter to Captain Farrel

[Demented Dame]

Captain Farrell,

Today I was robbed of an Earthwalker robe +3. I got this robe while assisting Ferris in the tower trying to free a poor girl they were holding. I took the robe to give to Beria Luelven since I heard she has been looking for one for a very long time. Poor Beria has already been robbed twice herself. She lost a hammer +3 and a composit longbow +3 that a generous friend replaced for her. The fact that thieves are allowed to run free in Cear is most disheartening. I hope something can be done about this terrible blight on our community.
