Big List of Patches

My game is messed up due to my significant other's attempt at moving it from one hard drive to another and we spent all last weekend trying to update one patch at a time and at the end, I'm missing graphics and such. SO...we either start over and hope for a different result or wait for Das to patch up to the current one.

Will we be waiting a long time if we wait?
