The Heist

i advised a rogue to do "the heist" stealing the blue diamond from the bank. I went to do it myself and it hand not respawned 40 minutes later or 4 hours later - appears to be once a reset quest - is that the intention or is it a bug?

Could be a broken respawner, I'll take a look.

Broken? Aww man I took a death tring to figure out why there was nothing in the room except a guard (which I tried to PP hence the death). There is supposed to be something in there that spawns?

There should be a small chest on the table in that room. I fixed the respawner on it yesterday.
