NOP: Illegal number of spells

I tried to make a wizzy today and whenever I try to login with him it says that I have an illegal number of spells. I then tried to lower my intel to see if that was the problem and its still didn't work. First character was a sun elf with 20 intel and 9 spells, second character was a human with 18 intel and 8 spells.

its the wizard prodigy feat. regular wizards work ok

Supposedly, this will be fixed with 1.03.
