i had noticed the amassador outside Misty Inn, talk to my new characters (When on zero xp). I recently made a new character, did the arcnophobia quest inside the Misty inn. Went outside. Waited for the amassador outside Misty Inn to accost me - in vain - - - BUT WAIT -- i dont have zero xp ahh!
Perhaps make the condition 270 xp or less to account for acrophobia quest and the poisoners.

You most likely can get the quest still. Just have to stop being so durn lazy and talk to her yerself

Just click on her. As long as you're level one, you can still do the quest.
